3. Where are you located and do you deliver countrywide?

We are based in Kimathi chambers 6th floor Shop number 6 Along, Kimathi street opposite Total petrol station, Nairobi CBD, and we offer countrywide delivery through reliable courier and logistics partners. We also deliver to neighboring East African countries on request.


4. Do your products come with warranties or certifications?

Yes. Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties, and we only deal with certified brands such as Mindray, 3M Littmann, YIDE, Dragon Lab, and others known for their reliability and compliance with international standards.


5. Can I get a quotation or proforma invoice before placing an order?

Absolutely. Contact our sales team with your product list, and we’ll promptly prepare a quotation or proforma invoice tailored to your needs.


6. Do you offer installation or training for equipment?

Yes, for complex equipment like lab analyzers or hospital beds, we offer installation and basic user training. Our team is available to guide you through safe usage and maintenance.


7. What are your payment options?

We accept MPesa, bank transfers, mobile banking, and cash payments at our physical location. We also support LPO (Local Purchase Order) processing for institutions.


8. How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries within Nairobi are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. For orders outside Nairobi or bulk deliveries, it typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location and availability.


9. Do you provide after-sales support?

Yes. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and after-sales support, including product servicing and spare parts supply where applicable.


10. Can I visit your showroom or shop physically?
